Cheeks & Co Membership Details
- A six charge commitment is required (the day you join counts as charge #1). Your Cheeks & Co Membership is ongoing and continues month to month after the first six months until cancelled via email.
- Your card is charged monthly, on the day of the month you joined.
- You earn one facial benefit every month, which is available the following day after charged. You are welcome to come in before your benefit is available, but will be charged additionally for the service at 10% off the non-member price.
- Facial benefits roll over, and are valid for six months upon accrual.
- You are welcome to book your facial online or over the phone. If booking online, a card is required to hold the appointment but will not be charged.* Your membership benefits are applied in person at checkout.
- You are welcome to share your membership benefits with friends and family. To redeem, you must book the facial (online or over the phone) for the person using your benefit.
- You receive 10% off the Non-member price for additional services including waxing.
- You receive 10% off Cheeks & Co branded merchandise.
- You receive advanced access to our RSVP list for events.
- In order to accommodate other clients, we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If cancelled short of the six hours or you do not show, you keep your facial benefit, but will be charged 50% of the non-member price.
- Membership cancellation: We'd hate to see you go, but this membership is for you, so feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after your sixth charge, and we'll process the cancellation. You keep and enjoy existing facial benefits for the duration of their lifespan, until expired.
- Memberships cancelled before the six charge commitment has passed are subject to an early cancellation fee, and facial benefits are forfeited.
- When re-joining a membership after cancellation, and another six charge commitment is required.
