Cheeks & Co Membership Details
- A four month commitment is required (the day you join counts as month #1). Your Cheeks & Co Membership is ongoing and continues month to month after the first four months until cancelled via email.
- Your card is charged monthly, on the day of the month you joined.
- You earn one facial credit every month, which is available the following day after charged. You are welcome to come in before your credit is available, but will be charged additionally for the service at 20% off the non-member price.
- Facial credits roll over, and are valid for one year upon accrual.
- You are welcome to book your facial online or over the phone. If booking online, a card is required to hold the appointment but will not be charged.* Your membership point(s) are applied in person at checkout.
- You are welcome to share your membership with up to two people at a time. You may also gift your reward value in the form of a gift card. Gifted points are valued at the dollar amount paid for point, and good towards services only.
- You receive 20% off the Non-member price for additional facials.
- We host members-only product sales throughout the year.
- You receive advanced access to our RSVP list for events.
- Pause your membership once, for up to 3 months.
- In order to accommodate other clients, we have a six hour cancellation policy. If cancelled short of the six hours or you do not show, you keep your facial credit, but will be charged 50% of the non-member price.
- Membership cancellation: We'd hate to see you go, but this membership is for you, so feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org after the four month commitment has passed, and we'll process the cancellation. You keep and enjoy existing facial credits for the duration of their lifespan, until expired.
- Memberships cancelled before the four month commitment has passed are subject to an early cancellation fee, and facial credits are forfeited.
- When re-joining a membership after cancellation, and another four month commitment is required.
