Job Title: General Manager
Hours: Full-time Salary

Amazing opportunity to come in on the ground floor of a growing clean skincare startup. We are a small but mighty team. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee operations of our Pasadena Location. Prior spa management experience required.

Job requirements

• Manage team of 15+ employees including independent contractors: cleaning crew and laundry attendant.
• Create and manage schedule for receptionists & glow givers.
• Train and manage receptionists.
• Perform employee reviews.
• Perform all onbaording and offboarding of employees.
• Monitor and maintain Yelp, Google & Classpass pages.
• Ensure laundry and cleaning is performed properly.
• Care for and maintain cleanliness of the spa including plant watering and maintenance.
• Ensure employees time clocks are accurate and that employees adhere to the break protocols.
• Follow systems and operations protocols.
• Order and manage supplies and inventory including backbar.
• Work as receptionist a few shifts a week.
• Must have a passion for skincare.
• Must be a hard worker and willing to take on the responsiblity of a busy spa.
• Must have a passion for pampering people.
• Must have a passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
• Must be clean and organized.
• Must be willing to chip in wherever needed.
• Must be flexible and willing to adapt.
• Must be eager to learn.
• Must be enthusiastic.
• Must be enjoyable to be around.
