What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your facial up to 6 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations made prior than 6 hours and no shows are subject to a 50% fee. 

I'm running late, can I still get my facial? 

While we will do our best to accommodate, if more than 10 minutes late and there is an appointment following yours, we will have to shorten your facial by the amount of time you are late. 

How often should I get a facial? 

We recommend getting a facial at least once a month. We've designed an amazing membership program that helps make your monthly 

I'm not sure which facial to choose, can you help? 

What is your return policy? 

I'd love to host my bridal party, do you offer group appointments? 

What product lines do you use? 

Do i need to remove my makeup before my facial? 

Your esthetician will happily remove your makeup, so there is no need to do so before your facial, but it's completely up to you. 

Can I still get a facial if I'm on medication?
